  • Design Systems & Scale: Led the transformation of Coursera design system into a modular, accessible platform of 32 components, with 85% adoption and reduced accessibility defects by 20%.   • Enterprise & Workforce Learning: Built and scaled our India-based design team to handle core enterprise capabilities, including payments, acquisition, integrations, and analytics.Through initiatives like SSO, identity integration, and optimized LMS/LXP integrations, we achieved $8M in enterprise activation value and a 5% increase in learner retention in 2025.
  • AI Innovation & Product-Market Fit: Led Coursera Coach from launch to product-market fit, increasing learning velocity by 11.6% (items completed per hour) through AI-driven guidance. The product was recognized with the Newsweek AI Impact Award for delivering measurable commercial learning outcomes, establishing a new industry benchmark for how AI can tangibly improve educational efficacy.
  • Global Scale & Operational Excellence: I led optimization efforts for enterprise purchase flows and pricing clarity, which improved checkout-to-billing conversion by 15%.To drive international growth, I enabled AI-dubbed experiences for 500+ courses in five languages, resulting in an 8.2% increase in enrollments.In parallel, I co-founded our internal Accessibility Guild to reach WCAG AA compliance and make inclusive design a standard part of our development process.
