Over the past five years , I’ve led design across Workforce Learning, Design Systems, and AI Coach platform at different stages, combining strategic direction with execution across enterprise, foundational capabilities, and AI initiatives.

  • Built the Workforce Learning team in India from the ground up, scaling it into 6 teams delivering enterprise capabilities across acquisition, payments, integrations, and analytics.
  • Achieved $8M+ in enterprise activation value through seamless SSO experience, account recovery, identity integrations and skill-based discovery.
  • Improved retention by 5% by optimizing off-platform access via LMS/LXP partners (Coursera for Business & Campus).

  • Increased checkout-to-billing conversion by 21% by redesigning enterprise payments and checkout flows, adding expanded payment methods and geo-based pricing.

At Farfetch, I shaped design across internationalization, Browse & Discovery, and Size & Fit, driving market expansion, enhancing discovery, reducing returns.

  • Drove Arabic localization across seven Middle Eastern countries, incorporating cultural nuances and regional payment methods to launch localized web and native experiences that expanded Farfetch’s market presence.
  • Product Discovery: Improved browsing and search usability through iterative design and testing, stabilizing a major redesign that increased add-to-cart actions by 1.2% and product description views by 3.4%.
  • Size & Fit: Guided design strategy to resolve sizing challenges, reducing return rates by ~3% and boosting customer trust and satisfaction.
